In one of my many email wars that I have with these Messy Antic Christian People one professed to be Mar Mumcheh stating: That there doesn't exists any Stam Halachah forbidding belief that Yashke, Yeshu is Mashiach, that He even questioned Orthodox Rabbis and they appeared from what He said, how true, we don't know, that there doesn't exist any Halacha denouncing Yashke as Mashiach If one want to believe this. I addressed this under several other fights we were having as Ha'Nikodah Ha'Raviat Sh'li! This Me'Chalel Tuma, Feh Mishegas Tsedoodelt is so far from Stam, and If any Orthodox Rabbis stood proclaiming that no such Stam exists they are Kefirah Avera. Revealing Middut Ra'ot, Tummel, Hovah, Nekar probably with the intent of drawing Ha'Am Ha'Oretz Goy from there presence. So in case some Messy Antic Person tries this with you, relate the following "Bevekesha!!! "
The story of Dan. pp 415, 417-21/ Agadat Mashiach, Bhm 3:141-43/ Hai Gaon, responsum, in Eliezer Ashkeni, ed., Ta'am Z'qenim, pp. 60a-b
Vehemently says regarding the son of Joseph, that he's not Mashiach!!! Yashke was and is a Mamzer the product of Joseph Pandera through rape! At any rate, belief in Yashke as Mashiach is Chillul Hashem, Avera, Kofer Ba'Tora, Shiqqutz, Shaqatz, Sheqetz, Me'Chalel. " Yimach Shemo."
Further more: Meshyash Byodoe Limchos, V'Ahnow Mowcha, Nahnash Olov. Tractate Avodah Zarah 18:a- the observation of Avodah Zarah V'Avodat Elilim which constitutes a belief in Yashke!
The person that emailed me stated:
That Sefardi Rabbis of the past three generations who were Roshei Yeshivot, Rav Kaduri Gadol Ha'Dor many believed that Yashke was Mashiach! (I have the books of Kaduri he did not believe in Yashke)
Goyim twist these Rabbis words, when they were speaking of Mashiach to come, they made the words of the Rabbis especially there Hebrew fit yashke. Just because the Hebrew word is often used being Yeshua doesn't mean it is relating to "that man." The lack of understanding Hebrew has caused such illusions to cause unlearned "Jesus seekers" to make everything anyone says especially in the rendering of Yeshua in Hebrew to mean:
"That man."
However many brochos in Hebrew state: Yeshua but they are not talking about "that man." They are based on the definition of the word and not any person, since the word Yeshua coming from Shua means: Deliverance, liberty, rescue. Thus in brochos/ berakhot and Tora it is relating that deliverer, liberty, rescue to "Hashem." and not to Yashke!!!
